Description

This project includes all necessary work associated with the removal of the existing system and the installation of a new condensate polisher system of the correct size, capacity and temperature rating for the Coatesville VA Medical Center bldg. 14, while complying with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) requirements, and all applicable Federal, State, and local codes. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, transportation, and equipment necessary to remove and install a new polisher system. Work will include, but is not limited to; - Removal of the existing Polisher system - Piping connections for the installation of new polisher system - Delivery and installation of new polisher system - Commissioning of new polisher system - Insulation of new lines at the supply and discharge piping - Ensure size of system will fit into current space of the existing system.
