| Description | Contractor to provide COVID-19 cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting in accordance with all current C D C Guidance for Healthcare Facilities for DDS North STAR Crisis homes in Vacaville, CA. The term of the contract is September 9, 2022 or when fully executed, whichever is later, through September 8, 2024. The State retains the option to extend the term of the contract for up to one (1) year at the original rates submitted by the Bidder. This contract may be terminated by DDS with thirty (30) days written notice to the Contractor. Please note a 3% DVBE (Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise) Participation requirement, with a DVBE Incentive of up to 5%, is in effect for this solicitation For the purpose of submitting questions regarding this IFB, e-mails may be sent to Heidi Page any time before and up to August 15, 2022 @ 12:00 PM PDT.
