| Description | The objective of this project is to provide new roofing and HVAC roof top units at Woodside Manor. The work will be bid as one project with a General, Mechanical & Electrical contractor. General Contractor will demo existing shingle roofs, felt paper, drip edge, soffit, fascia, and sheathing. Remove & replace roof sheathing. Provide new roofing including all trim, new soffit & fascia, new ridge vent, new continuous gutters and downspouts. Remove range hood vents and seal roof sheathing. Replace furnace & hot water tank vents. Replace roof penetration boots. Provide new roof structure @ west wing to match north & south wings. Mechanical & Electrical Contractor will remove and replace 4- roof top units, including roof curbs, remove & replace 7 motorized roof vents. |
