Challenger + Lake Air Little League Redevelopment

Project includes the construction of 8 ball fields, fencing, structural foundations, plumbing and other underground utilities, electrical of both sport (pole install and lighting install for fields 2, 3, & 4) and non-sport lighting, irrigation, masonry, steel, landscaping installation, as well as removal and re-installation of bleachers, plaques, and memorial tree. Included excavation and non-classified excavation of earth work. 1. Add Alternate 1 Purchase and Install of Sports Lighting system for Field 1 w/ 2 poles. 2. Add Alternate 2 Purchase and Install of Sports Lighting system for Field 5 w/ 3 poles. 3. Add Alternate 3 Purchase and Install of Sports Lighting system for Field 6 w/ 2 poles. 4. Add Alternate 4 Purchase and Install of Sports Lighting system for Field 7 w/ 4 poles. 5. Add Alternate 5 Purchase and Install of Sports Lighting system for Field 8 w/ 6 poles. 6. Add Alternate 6 Purchase and Install of 1 pre-fabricated fabric shade structure behind home plate at each of the 8 fields. 7. Add Alternate 7 Install of additional irrigation and landscape alternates (ref. L3.00A - L3.05A & L4.00A - L4.06A). 8. Add Alternate 8 Purchase and Install of bike racks. 9. Add Alternate 9 Purchase and Install of batting cages. 10. Add Alternate 10 Purchase and Install of 3-row bleachers, in the event existing bleachers are unable to be used for project. 11. Add Alternate 11 Purchase and Install of 5-row bleachers (with rail), in the event existing bleachers are unable to be used for project.
