Description

The proposed development is an addition consisting of a 10,660 sq. ft. auditorium, two story indoor gathering space, outdoor seating/viewing area, and picnic pavilion. It also includes a playground, splash pad, and fire pit near the picnic pavilion. The building materials are consistent with that of the existing building. As of August 16, 2022, architect and general contractor have been selected and site and building plans are currently being reviewed by the city. Construction is expected to commence around Labor Day, September 5, 2022, and be completed by May 31, 2023. No further inquiries to be accepted. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
