Compressed Air System Services

The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and transportation required to design, fabricate (at contractor site), deliver, and install the series of air hoses, desiccants and oil/water separation filters on each line to each machine and reel, and drops, hooking into an existing air compressor, chiller, and air tank on site. The contractor shall manufacture the required items in accordance with all local, state, and federal manufacturing and safety laws and regulations. The contractor shall deliver the materials to the 9700 area (at 248 Research Road, Tyndall AFB, FL 32404) and assemble/install to enable full functionality.

Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, General Service Compressed-Air Systems, General Service Packaged Air Compressors and Receivers.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
