Warren County Renovation to Courtroom #1 Project

The approximate major work items include: The renovation of the 2500 s.f. existing courtroom located on the upper level of the courthouse in Belvidere, NJ. This renovation will consist of the removal of finishes, installation of new sound system, monitors, and recording equipment as specified by the county. Installation of a new gypsum board ceiling along with painting, new lighting, modification of the existing chandeliers, new ceiling trim, cabinetry work and a new HVAC unit that will replace the existing system in the attic space. Existing ductwork to remain and be reused. Painting of existing pew seating benches, refinishing of existing railing systems in the well area, some platform modifications, and a new I.T. room located across the hallway. Specific work times will be described in the project.
