Description

Phase 1 of the HBP includes the development of approximately 60 acres of property just north of the Yampa Valley Regional Airport into 13 commercial/industrial lots. On-Site Utility Work in Phase 1 includes overlot grading to support construction of the project roadways, construction of approximately 3,000 of roadways and storm drainage facilities and an accompanying 3,000 of 12 waterline and 12 sanitary sewer. Off-site work in Phase 1 also includes the construction of approximately 2.5 miles of 12 sanitary sewer interceptor, including approximately 1.7 miles of 12 interceptor directly adjacent to Highway 40. In addition, the project includes construction of landscaping and an accompanying irrigation system.
