Description

The City of Saint Paul has determined that the public health, safety, and sustainability of the City will be promoted and preserved by establishing an arrangement for the collection of Recyclable materials kept and accumulated by residences within the City. The City's goals are to provide for excellent services to residents, to properly manage recyclable materials, to contract for cost-effective services, and to enhance the health, sustainability, and environment of the City. It is therefore the intent of the City to accept and evaluate proposals for collection and transportation of residential Recyclables to begin on May 1, 2023.
