Generator Replacement for Ethan Allen

Furnish Equipment, Labor, and All Ancillary Material for the Replacement of Fort Ethan Allen Emergency Generator. The Project Includes Replacing the Generator, Adding a Temporary Generator Connection, and Adding a New Concrete Base for the New Generator Within the Forth Ethan Allen Pump Station Buidling. Arlington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, and waive any informalities or irregularities as defined in the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution Bid Surety in the amount of 5% of the bid must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the award will be required of the successful bidder. The site visit will follow guidelines regarding social distancing. In order to attend the site visit, Contractors should RSVP by emailing sgezachew@arlingtonva.us by 12:00 p.m. on November 14, 2022 providing the names, email addresses, phone numbers, and the titles of the attendees. All communications relating to this solicitation must be submitted online using Vendor Registry.
