Description | The Contractor to coordinate working hours with the District. Most of the work is expected to be performed during school hours unless deemed too noisy or disruptive. At that point the work would need to be performed to after school hours and weekends. The new mechanical yard work is one area that can be done during school hours (after coordinating with the school). The demo of the existing chiller, cooling tower, etc. will be done during spring or summer break when school is out. Therefore, temporary cooling is not required. Remove existing shrubs, trees, sidewalks, handrails, underground piping, and utilities in the area of the new Central Plant Yard . |
