| Description | This USCG RMACC Task Order project will take place at USCG Base Alameda, 42 Eagle Road, Alameda, CA 94501. The project will involve the replacement of HVAC and roofs for bldgs. 10, 10A, 10B, 10C, and 20 (Historic Building). The work for Building 20 shall be completed in accordance with the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring and Reconstructing Historic Buildings. This project will be subject to the terms and provisions of the USCG Master RMACE Contract (available in our online plan room in the RMACC Master Documents folder), Buy American Act and the Prevailing Wage Decision rates. The D Square Construction Sample Subcontract is available for review in the RMACC Master Documents folder, with the bidding documents in our online plan room. By submitting a price proposal, subcontractors are acknowledging they have read our subcontract and will sign our subcontract as part of the condition of doing the work they are proposing on and that their price will remain valid for the 120 days stated in the solicitation. The Bid Schedule contains (1) one Base Clin Line Item, and (9) nine Unit Priced Line Items.
