Work includes but is not limited to: 1. Removal of asphalt shingles, underlayment, flashing, roof penetration flashing, vents and all accessories. 2. Removal and replacement of plywood as indicated and as necessary 3. Removal and replacement of deteriorated or missing fascia board Buildings 25, 27 & 28 Question deadline: 02/02/2023 at 09:00 a.m. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS: As a condition of award Performance and Payment bonds for 100% of the Contract Award Amount shall be furnished for the Work. On contracts of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) or less, at Contractors option the requirement may be waived in lieu of an additional 5% (total 10%) retainage.
