Documents will be available Form 818 Standard Specifications and Supplemental Specifications may be obtained via the Connecticut Department of Transportation online All Proposals must be on the form furnished by the Town of Morris and must be requested for the abovenamed project. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid a certified check, or a bid bond, for not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid as provided in the Information for Bidders.
