Fenno Wellhouse Replacement

The work to be performed generally includes: Replacement of the existing Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority (UERWA) Fenno Wellhouse facility, located near the intersection of Elk Spring Trail and Elk Spring Court in the Cordillera Metro District, south of the Town of Edwards. The project involves complete demolition of the existing facility, and construction of a new facility on the same site. The project involves re-connection to existing below grade raw and potable water lines, and replacement of limited portions of those existing lines, as described on the plans. The project also involves construction of a new paved driveway along a similar alignment to that of the existing gravel access
