2022 Pavement Marking

As of July 25, 2022, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished or downloaded from the above website and must contain the name of every person interested therein. The Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond in the amount of 100% of the amount bid or a Certified or Cashier's Check or a Letter of Credit in an amount of at least 10% of the amount bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in any bid. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their product. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, Governor's Executive order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
