| Description | The City of Columbia, Utilities Department is seeking one (1) contractor to supply materials and labor to complete six (6) water distribution infrastructure projects. Contractor hereby agrees to complete the work in the base bid described no later than three hundred sixty five (365) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall agree to allow a deduction of five hundred ($500.00) dollars and no cents per calendar day, from final payment as liquidated damages for each day that completion is delayed beyond said completion date established. |
