Old Town North/South Main Improvements

The scope of work generally consists of the construction of sidewalks, concrete pavement, utility replacement, and grading. The Bid/Contract Documents are available for viewing at Quinlans City Hall or the office of MTG | Stovall Engineers & Surveyors, Inc., located at 6417 Wesley St Greenville, TX 75402. The selection of the contractor will be to the proposer who provides the "best value" to Quinlan EDC in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Texas Local Government Code. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required and must be issued by an acceptable surety and shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Quinlan EDC, drawn on banking institutions doing business in Texas or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Bids may be held by Quinlan EDC for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidders qualifications prior to the contract award.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
