Judy School Road Well Improvements

The Project consists of constructing the following improvements: Section 1: A Unit Price contract for construction of an approximate 1,300-feet deep-rock municipal water well. The well will be constructed at the location of a previously completed test well. The work includes installation of a deep-set vertical turbine well pump. Section 2: A Lump Sum contract for construction of a well house building along with installation of piping, equipment and site work for a new municipal water supply well. Section 3: A Unit Price contract for construction of approximately 203 LF 16" CL 52 DIP, 161 LF of 12" CL 52 DIP, 422 LF 12" CL 235 C900 PVC, 80 LF 12" CL 235 C900 RJ PVC ,150 LF of 12" Class 235 FPVC and 125 LF 4" Class 200 PVC water mains. The work includes a 50 LF 24" bored steel casing installation under State Hwy Z, 50 LF 20" bored steel casing under Judy School Road, 100 LF 16" FPVC HDD installation under a drainage ditch, valves, flushing assemblies, connection details, fittings, connections to existing water mains and other appurtenances.
