Plumbing Services 2022-2023

Maintain the flow and drainage of water, air, and other gases by assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures districtwide. Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all plumbing systems in the City of Englewood Facilities. The Contractor shall provide services to the following areas of the City of Englewood: City Hall, Safety Complex, Public Works, Recreation Facilities, Vincent K. Tibbs, City of Englewood Pumping Stations, and Ice Arena. The work shall include but shall not be limited to the following: 1. The contractor is to do all necessary cutting for vents, etc., and install all necessary backing to complete the work. 2. The contractor shall supply and install all access panels including to water line shut-offs. 3. The contractor shall supply and install all underground storm and sanitary piping as per Mechanical “for construction” drawings (latest revision), digging by others. 4. The contractor shall supply and install all required interior drain tile and rainwater leader collector systems. 5. The contractor shall supply and install the storm and sanitary mains to 3’ outside of the building. 6. The contractor shall supply and install all required pumps, including any required and/or specified storm pump packages. 7. The contractor shall supply and install all frost-free hose bibs as shown on drawings or as may be required by code.
