Description

A/E design services and construction administration services for HVAC system renovations, beginning at the following schools which are in priority order: Brader ES, Shue-Medill MS, Kirk MS, Maclary ES, and Keene ES. Other HVAC system renovations may be added as the ESSER III Grant is determined. The initial budget for these projects is approximately $12,000,000 from the ESSER II Grant. The available funds from the ESSER III Grant is to be determined. The work will most likely be completed utilizing an A/E & GC (General Contractor) format
