Mckinney Exterior Wall Crack Repairs

Repairs of multiple Exterior Wall Cracks. 1. Removal of all failing mortar and grout and caulk at all exterior Wall Cracks. 2. Elevate and secure all failed Foundation and Floor areas beneath the subject areas. 3. Confirm all recovered elevations are; per original design wall and foundation elevations. 4. Seal all wall cracks to their original, tight mortar joints. 5. Cure and dry and inspect each recovered wall crack. 6. Paint each wall elevation, of the repaired areas; corner to corner tomatch. 7. Remove all rotted wood elements from the eaves on exterior walls. 8. Establish, by normal construction methods; proper replacement materials to remedyall failed wood areas. 9. Replace all failed wood materials with like wood materials. 10. Apply suitable, exterior grade: sealers and primers, caulk and paint, to match eachaffected area of repair.
