| Description | The Fairgrounds flooring consists of an Auditorium area, Kitchen area and Design areas. The auditorium area requires vinyl planks as specified below. Firmfit Topaz Collection is the preferred product if the vendor has access to that specific product line; however, Brazoria County will consider all offers of an equivalent product. The pricing shall include a 4” wall base and all required T-molding, transition pieces (reducer), any other accessories required for floor preparation and to install as needed. |
