Description

The Washington County BOCC is requesting bids to remove approximately 23,540 SF of existing metal roof and gutters and replace with 24 GA 16” Wide Standing Seam (2”min.) roof system over peel and seal after deck inspection. The contractor will also replace existing gutters with 7” square box gutters and downspouts. The project is to be completed in 60 days (substantial) with an additional 30 days to complete punch list items.
