Description

For Bids (IFB) in order to procure the services defined in this Section 2, as specified in this IFB, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the MDOT MTA for the procurement of MARC Rail Generator Maintenance & On-Call Services. This contract is to maintain and service (12) generators at (10) MARC Train locations. Questions Due Date and Time Friday December 16, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Local Time email trussell@mta.maryland.gov MBE Subcontracting Goal: 0% VSBE Subcontracting Goal: 0% Contract Duration: Five (5) year base period with no option periods. The MDOT MTA reserves the right to reduce or withhold Contract payment in the event the Contractor does not provide the MDOT MTA with all required deliverables within the time frame specified in the Contract or otherwise breaches the terms and conditions of the Contract until such time as the Contractor brings itself into full compliance with the Contract.
