U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder of an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid plus all add alternates The successful bidder shall be required to provide a 100% Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond before starting any work or placing materials on the job. The Bonds shall be received within ten (10) days of receipt of Notice To Proceed. The Housing Authority of the City of Charlestown reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the proposal solicitation process, to the extent allowable by law
