Asphalt Paving at Old Liberty Road Park

The Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks is requesting the services of a qualified paving Contractor to provide the expertise, work, labor, and materials for constructing a full-depth Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) 30 car parking lot and drive that interfaces Old Liberty Road. Question Deadline: 09/01/2023. Bidders must submit their questions through the Public Purchase web site, using the instructions below. Questions must be submitted five (5) days prior to bid opening All work will be completed within 2 calendar months after the preconstruction meeting. No Bonds are required. Liquidated damages in the amount of $100 for each calendar day the project exceeds the projected schedule will be accessed and the Contractor's contract amount will be reduced. The Office of Purchasing reserves the right to award this bid in part or in its entirety to the most responsive and responsible bidder that meets or exceeds the specifications within this document and in the best interest of the County.
