Description

19-449: The project consists of building envelope repairs related to water intrusion and exterior fascia damages, including the removal and replacement gutter, downspouts, and wood fascia blocking. Cleaning and coating of existing stucco fascia. Removal and replacement of existing sealant joints at all wall penetrations and control joints. Installation of new building sill flashing and asphalt control joint as indicated on the Drawings. 19-418: The project consists of building envelope repairs related to water intrusion. Work includes removal and replacement of existing sealant joints at windows, installation of new metal base flashing, and new pipe boot at roof penetration.
