RFP - As-Needed Storm Water Professional Engineering Services

The City has a need for professional stormwater engineering and consulting services on an as-needed basis to support its efforts in managing a municipal stormwater conveyance system and complying with multiple stormwater regulations. A number of these regulations are still in development, review, and the regulations typically are regularly revised. Their final form will impact the City's compliance efforts, and determine the associated costs, process changes or ordinances, and the stormwater conveyance system maintenance and buildout. Therefore, identification of specific tasks for the Consultant to perform will be ongoing. As specific regulations and compliance efforts are determined, the Consultant will be authorized in writing by the City to perform said efforts via Task Orders. Anticipated general areas of work are delineated below. At a minimum, the Consultant must be able to perform work in the anticipated general areas delineated below. The descriptions in the category areas are not exclusive or exhaustive, and additional areas may be identified in the future: Strategic Planning and Municipal Permit Compliance , Program Assessment and Development; Stormwater Infrastructure, Best Management Practice Development, and Watershed Studies; Stormwater Infrastructure and Asset Management Services; Environmental Assessment and Permitting Services.
