Construction Services for New Department of Public Works Facility Project

Work consists of an approximately 58,000 square foot metal building and will generally include the following spaces: administration and engineering offices; muster/training and locker rooms; trades shops and storage mezzanines; large vehicle maintenance shop; large vehicle and equipment storage garage; open vehicle canopy storage; free-standing storage canopy; fuel facility; and a pre-engineered salt shed. Construction type will typically be a pre-engineered structure with insulated metal panels and masonry, standing-seam metal roof system; Sitework will include site preparation, utilities, stormwater management systems; septic system; paving; fencing, site lighting, and landscaping. Sitework also includes, but is not limited to, a new fueling system, pre-engineered wood salt shed, and free-standing storage canopy.
