Marion County Tax & Property Appraiser HVAC Replacement

Remove and replace ten existing air conditioning equipment with to match existing conditions and configurations. Any alternate submittals will need prior approval from Marion County Facilities Management. Bidders shall provide unit pricing for each piece of equipment. All equipment shall be heat pumps with aux backup heat strips. A pre-bid site visit is recommended to verify unit locations, tonnage, voltages and current backup heater sizes. All electrical, mechanical, structural, and associated plumbing work shall be included in bid price. All BMS controls will be performed by Marion County Facilities Management. All work shall include industry standard complete turnkey installation. The contractor will be responsible for the removal and the proper disposal of the existing equipment and any construction debris to a legal disposal site. This is a functioning occupied building; portions of the work will be required to be performed after normal business hours and/or on weekends. The contractor shall provide a one-year parts and labor warranty on all equipment. Permits are required and are the responsibility of the contractor. All replacement equipment shall be properly numbered and labeled to match existing equipment being replaced.
