Description | The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is issuing a set aside for certified small business contractors for the New Generator project at Surry Mountain Lake located in Keene, New Hampshire. The NAICS code for the work described below is 238210. The project is planned to be issued in November 2022 and will be set aside for Small Businesses. The period of performance will be approximately 365 days. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The generator replacement project will include, but not limited to, the following: a. Install a new generator and sub-base fuel tank outside near the existing service panel. b. Provide a new underground feeder from the new generator to the existing generator terminal and double throw disconnect adjacent to existing utility pole. c. Provide new service disconnecting means in the gatehouse where existing conductors enter the structure and extend power to normal source of new lockable double-throw disconnect. d. Provide new lighting panel and associated transformer within the gatehouse to replace existing. Please note that this solicitation is set aside for certified small businesses. This is not a request for proposals at this time; the solicitation requirements and contract documents which will include instructions for submission and the response date will be available on or about November 2022. Neither telephonic, mailed, nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to view the solicitation offerors must access the System for Award Management website . In order to download the solicitation, offerors must access the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment .
