Kathryn Court Drainage Improvements

Work includes the installation of approximately 1,400 L.F. of 12-inch HDPE storm sewer, approximately 550 L.F. 12-inch perforated HDPE storm sewer, replacement of 40 L.F. of 15-inch CMP pipe, approximately 80 C.Y. of engineered soil and associated grading & filling of an existing storm berm to accommodate the installation of the stormwater drainage improvements. The project also includes the removal and replacement of approximately 140 square yard of asphalt pavement, removal and replacement of approximately 20 feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main, clearing & grubbing, topsoil salvaging and regrading, turf and native vegetation seeding, erosion control mat installation, and all appurtenant work within the project area within the City of Pewaukee, Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Site is roughly one acre of land to the north and west of the intersection of Kathryn Court and Springdale Road (CTH R).
