Description

Removal of the existing carpet and replacement with either rolled carpeting or carpet tiles at the Fire Station located at 1714 Dover Road, Epsom, NH 03234. The vendor will provide all labor, material, and equipment to complete the scope of work as outlined below: 1. Remove and replace all carpet from the Fire Station Meeting Room, Bunkroom, and hallway. 2. Dispose of removed carpet and associated debris. The vendor will provide a dumpster, if necessary, or disposal of materials off site, at cost to the vendor. 3. All residual adhesive will be removed and floor will be prepped to ensure a smooth surface for the new carpet, per the manufacturer’s recommendation. 4. Move/lift furniture, as needed for carpet removal and installation. 5. Install thresholds, as needed, where the carpet transitions to tiled surfaces. 6. Remove and replace base trim. 7. The building will continue as an active fire station during the project. 8. The date of the installation will be determined between the vendor and the Fire Department.
