Description | The work requires the winning bidder to remove liquid sludge from digesters located at the District's Poquonock WPCF, 1222 Poquonock Ave, Windsor CT, at biweekly intervals and transport it to the District's Regional solids receiving facility located at the Hartford WPCF, 240 Brainard Road, Hartford, CT. QUESTION DEADLINE 12/2/2022 4:00 AM. Prospective bidders must register on the MDC's ProcureWare Procurement Site and download the solicitation document at website. Prospective bidders will be expected to have read and reviewed the Contract. No Contracts, or bid packages will be distributed at the Pre-Bid Conference. (Attendees shall meet at the Engineer's trailer, a doublewide construction trailer just inside the lower entrance motorized gate at 1222 Poquonock Ave.) Prospective Bidders will be able to ask questions of the District staff regarding the project during the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. Bidders are required to attend the Pre-Bid Conference to familiarize themselves with the location, scope of work to be done and conditions which would affect the Contractor's work. |
