Scaffolding Rental Contract

1. Scaffolding rental contract one month contract to provide materials, , erect & dismantle scaffold on main westbound stairway of septa's allegheny station * *scope: *scaffold must be assembled in a 4-hour window between 12:30am and 4:30am. *the stairway must remain fully open when the scaffold is in place *the scaffold will have one solid work deck 6'6" from ceiling at the top complete with handrail, toe board, and access gate *the access to the scaffold will be via hook and ladder system. * *pricing is to include: *delivery of scaffolding *installation *dismantle of scaffolding at the end of the contract term *pick up *four weeks rental. 2. Scaffolding rental contract one month contract to provide materials, , erect & dismantle scaffold on exit only eastbound stairway at septa's allegheny station * *scope: this stairway can be closed and installed during normal day time hours. * the right half of the upper stairway, landing and lower stairs must remain fully accessible and in service while the scaffold is in place. The scaffold will have multiple decks every 6' 6" apert going up stairs and two upper decks over landing. * scaffold will allow for 9" of workspace off face of wall. * the work decks will be complete with handrail, toe board, and access gate. * the access to the scaffold will be via via hook and ladder system * the scaffold will have debris netting installed along the outside perimeter. * *price is to include: *delivery of scaffolding *installation lsited above *dismantle and pick up of scaffolding after the contract term *four weeks rental. 3. Additional monthly rental charge for the scaffolding on line 2. *1 each = 1 month charge *or septa approved equal * *the quantity listed on this line is for bidding purposes only and septa is not bound to purchase for any specific amount of time. *for example if septa requires twp (2) additional months rental we will only be charged for those two months.
