| Description | Contractor will provide all equipment, labor, materials and any needed rental equipment to remove and install various plumbing fixtures in Bldg A 5805 N. Lamar Blvd. This will be a complete change out of fixtures including all trim and stops. There will be some work executed in the walls that will necessitate demolition and reconstruction. Contractor will be responsible for final finish. There is a total of 39 sinks, 2 cultured marble counter top with 2 sinks each, 48 toilets, and 13 urinals. Contractor will submit pricing per floor. DPS may accept all of the pricing but reserves the right to exclude any floor package. |
