Water and Sewer Lining

Reference Number 0000331645 The Borough of Jamesburg is seeking a vendor to assist in improvements its sewer and water infrastructure. The main focus of the work will be relining the existing sanitary sewer lines with other secondary work as required and requested. The work shall consist of furnishing and installing all pipe repair materials and fittings in accordance with manufacturer's requirements for warranty of materials and installation of pipe relining. Clean and inspect the mainline requested to be relined o Install and perform a by pass if necessary o Perform lining procedure o Cut in all customer house leads o Performa final video inspection of the job. The video will be delivered to the Borough of Jamesburg representative for their records. o Provide the representative of the Borough of Jamesburg with a written report out lining the performance of each procedure. Bid Guarantee (Bid Bond or Certified/Cashier's Check) (with POA for full amount of Bid Bond) Consent of Surety (Certificate from Surety company) Performance Bond and and Material Payment Bond (Required from the Awarded Contractor) Maintenance Bond in the Amount of 100 % for a period indicated in "General Conditions" Required from the Awarded Contractor Upon Acceptance of Project.
