Resurfacing of Lafayette Street (CR 633)

For the following: Resurfacing of Lafayette Street (CR 633) Hard copies of the plans and specifications will be available for review only at the Cape May County Engineers Office. Each bidder is required to visit the purchasing portal and download and print out their own set of contract documents necessary for the submission of a bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et.seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27: 27. Bids must be made on standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and marked RESURFACING OF LAFAYETTE STREET on the outside, addressed to Clerk of the Board, Administration Building, 4 Moore Road, Crest Haven Complex, Cape May Court House, New Jersey 08210, and must be accompanied by a cashiers or certified check or a bid bond for not less than 10% of the amount bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, drawn to the order of Cape May County, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. There is no Federal Funding on this project and no FHWA Construction Oversight on this project. This project has no DBE Goal and no trainee goals.
