Main Street and Times Arcade Streetscape Package

As of March 10, 2023, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. The City of Brevard, NC, is accepting sealed bids for hardscaping, site lighting, utility undergrounding coordination, and landscaping for the Main Street & Times Arcade renovations. All questions regarding discrepancies, omissions or clarifications shall be directed in writing to: Stephanie Livingston Arbor Land Design, LLC. Stephanie Livingston email: sjl@aldllc.net A formal "Notice of Award" is scheduled to be issued to the successful bidder February 6, 2023. The successful bidder shall submit all required bonds, insurances and licenses by 5:00 pm on February 9 The work as described in the bid documents is to be substantially completed by April 28, 2023. Final completion of the entire project shall be by May 25, 2023 Liquidated damages for delay of contract work will be assessed at $500.00 per Calendar Day as defined in the SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements.
