Central Maintenance Facility Office Remodel

Work is to reconfigure the three current offices /parts room to create five separate offices and enlarge the parts room to be more efficient. Also, there are some sound proofing insulation needs and wall /ceiling repairs within the Managers office/ bathroom to be addressed as well. A total of four new 3’-0” x 6’-8” wood solid core doors with frames to be constructed into existing walls. A total of two existing doors with frames in offices to be permanently removed, reconstructed, and covered to match existing areas. The existing shop entrance door r (2’-8”x6’-8” door) from the foyer to be replaced with owner provided door.
