bidder attending the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting SCOPE OF WORK: 1. THIS IS NOT A WHOLE HOUSE REWIRE. Some of the existing electrical will remain. 2. Provide labor and material for residential electrical upgrade as identified or discovered missing. 3. Project to bring house up to Cook County Building and Zoning code. 4. Existing 30 circuit 150 amp panel remains i. Clean up panel. ii. Remove any existing romex. iii. Add service ground to water main. iv. Add a new pipe and wiring for future electric furnace. v. All lower level receptacles to be at 18". vi. Add new light fixtures as identified. vii. Add new receptacles as identified. viii. Add new light switches as identified. ix. Install interconnected smoke/co2 detectors.. Time For Completion: Projects will be completed within 120 days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. Prevailing Wage: The successful Bidder shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq.
