Mold Remediation in Multiple Bldgs

The work covered by this contract consists of, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all plant, labor, services, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and all miscellaneous requirements needed to perform all operations in conjunction with the effort to accomplish the Scope of Work below. The term, Contractor, shall be interpreted to mean the prime contractor and all its subcontractors. The term, Contracting Officer, shall mean the Contracting Officer and/or designated representatives. The prime contractor shall maintain project management and site supervise at least 50% or more of sub-contractor work. There shall be at least one English speaking supervisor at the work site while work is being performed. The contractor shall limit his work and forces under his control to those areas of work as defined by the contract document. Where government is stated in this scope, refer all requests and correspondence to contracting officials.
