| Description | Cutting, restoring, repairing and rehabilitating district ditches on an as needed basis for the year commencing October 1, 2022 and ending September 30, 2023. The bidder will furnish in its bid the equipment listed below on a per hour basis for the above-described work: (1) Excavator with not less than 35 foot reach and not less than 180 horsepower with a mulching/grinder head attachment with not less than 56 inch cutting head; The Contractor must follow the insurance guidelines of the Indian Bayou Master Water Management District of Sharkey and Issaquena Counties, Mississippi and furnish a Certificate of Insurance with sealed bid naming the district as additional insured thereon. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities |
