The County Commissioners of Carroll County (Owner) are inviting Engineering Firms to provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide complete design, engineering support and construction management services for selected improvements to the Hampstead Wastewater Treatment Plant (HWWTP). Please add the following information in the General Notes section. The firm's title page/coversheet will not be included in this sheet count; however, no technical information shall be provided on this sheet. No other enclosures, attachments, brochures, photos, plans, etc. will be accepted. SOQ's submitted in any other manner will be rejected. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
