5.68 mi of hot mix asphalt reconstruction, drainage, roundabout construction, traffic signal modifications, signing, freeway lighting, water main relocation, guardrail, landscaping and pavement markings and bridge reconstruction with 36-inch x 49-inch precast concrete bulb-tee beams and bridge rehabilitation including deck patching, substructure patching, shallow overlay and waterproofing membrane on US-10 westbound from Seven Mile Road to the west city limits of Bay City, Bay County. This project includes a 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranty and a 2 year performance warranty on concrete surface coating. All contract work associated with Stage 2 must start no earlier than July 10, 2023 and must be complete with all roadways and bridges completely open to traffic by the interim completion date of November 3, 2023.
