Description | Removal of Two Underground Storage Tanks At Lakes Region Community College 379 Belmont Road, Laconia, Nh A Component of the Community College System of New Hampshire 26 College Drive, Concord, Nh Bidders Should Act Promptly and Submit All Questions in Writing to: Matthew Moore, Director of Capital Planning and Development, E-mail Memoore@ccsnh.edu . Description: This project consists of removal of two underground storage tanks: Facility ID #0113658, DES Site #:199502012 per attached Drawings and Specifications. 1. Scope: Removal and disposal of NHDES Tank # 6: 15,000 Gallon double walled #2 heating oil underground storage tank. Remove all piping back to Veeder root. Remove gauges and leave with college. Remove and replace disturbed sidewalk and approximately 200 SF of new sidewalk. Replace disturbed lawn and seed. 2. Scope: Removal and disposal of NHDES Tank # 7: 10,000 Gallon double walled #2 heating oil underground storage tank. Remove all piping back to Veeder root. Remove gauges and leave with college. Replace disturbed lawn and seed. The Project will include but not be limited to the Disciplines of: Site Work, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing. Companies, corporations or trade names, except sole proprietorships must be registered with the Secretary of State (Corporate Division, Telephone No. 603/271-3244) in order to do business with the State of New Hampshire. Bidders must show three recent years' experience with installations of a similar complexity and cost and prior experience with installations of the materials within 50 miles of the project site. The successful bidder will be required to comply with State of New Hampshire RSA#21-1:81-a. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 100% payment and 100% performance bond prior to execution of contract. The award will be based on the proposal that best meets the needs of the college. Factors included will be the cost, completeness of the proposal, quality of the technology provided, and experience of the contractor and installation team. The college reservesthe right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all proposals. |
