| Description | This work consists of the demolition and removal of the existing quartz flooring and cove base coating, followed by the installation of specified new flooring. • Demo and remove the current quartz flooring and cove base coating. • Contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal of all debris. • Contractor is responsible to provide 240v electrical connection for equipment if needed. • Color of the new flooring must be approved by Dakota County prior to installation. • Bathroom partitions will remain in place and the wall mount toilets will be removed and reinstalled by the County. • NOTE: Any floor drains will need to be removed and cleaned of any debris prior to reinstalling. |
