| Description | Scope: Speed sensing signs with cameras at its Bus Operating Facilities. These signs will show the posted speed limit (wet or dry) using 12” high numerals. If the speed limit is exceeded, the signs will flash noting excessive speed. Further, cameras will be installed along with the speed sensing signs to photograph the rear of the vehicles as they are passing the sign. Signs and cameras are mounted on a portable pole (wheeled) and are completely wireless, allowing relocation throughout the bus yards as needed. Complete units shall be assembled, calibrated, tested, and commissioned by the Contractor while on site at MARTA within two (2) weeks of delivery of the product. |
