Description

This project shall consist of designing a new HVAC system and controls to replace existing. Additionally proposals are to include bid preparation, subsequent award with active construction oversight, pay review and close-out services. The current system design is a series of split systems, four (4) rooftop heating / cooling units, air handlers, exhaust fans, and electric unit heaters. Additionally, modifications / upgrades may be needed to the electric service and distribution system to be determined by the Consulting engineer.
